CoolHalal selects farms that rear their traditional breeds of lamb naturally on their farm, without the use of any unnatural chemicals or antibiotics. Their distinctive taste comes from grazing freely on a natural grassland maintained with traditional and sustainable farming methods.

Grass fed throughout the year they range and enjoy a natural healthy life. During winter and lambing they will be given a grain mix to maintain health and condition.
